Returns & Exchanges – Easy, Supportive & Worry-Free

We want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re happy to help — just follow the steps below.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item, counted from the day your order was delivered.

Items must be unused and in the same excellent condition as when you received them.

Please make sure to include the original packaging, tags, and any protective materials.

If an item shows signs of use or alteration, we may unfortunately have to decline the return or deduct a portion from the refund.

Return Shipping

Within Sweden: Return shipping costs 79 SEK.

Want to exchange an item?

If you'd like a different size or color, simply return your item and place a new order at your convenience.

How to make a return

For orders delivered by PostNord (Sweden only):

A prepaid return shipping label should be included in your parcel. If it's missing, just email us and we’ll send you a new one.

Attach the return label securely to your parcel and make sure it’s properly sealed.

Drop it off at your nearest PostNord service point.
