Good to know about deliveries

– Orders cannot be cancelled or stopped once they have left our warehouse.
– Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability and payment approval.
– Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.
– Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
– If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or is refused at delivery, a fee of 150 SEK plus any customs or import charges will be deducted from your refund.
– We do not offer price adjustments if an item you purchased at full price later goes on sale.

Can I track my package?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply follow the link to track your package via the carrier’s website.

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Email us at info@egonitems.com and we’ll help you sort it out together with the shipping provider.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer pick-up – all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your chosen address.
