These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and privacy policy.

Product prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update, modify or remove products or website content at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from such changes.

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. This website is intended for private use only. By ordering, you confirm that the products are for personal use and will not be resold.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The version of the terms displayed at the time of your order will apply.

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the rest will still apply.


Product & Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but cannot guarantee it is entirely error-free or up to date. We reserve the right to cancel orders if errors in pricing or descriptions occur, even after an order is placed.

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to remove products at any time.

We aim to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting can affect perception. As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color and pattern may occur — each item is unique.

Our products are intended for personal use only.


Orders, Delivery & Pricing

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

For smooth delivery, please ensure your contact information and delivery address are correct. Someone must be present to receive the package on weekdays. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Once the order is placed, the address cannot be changed. If we are unable to deliver to your country or region, you will be notified during checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t receive it or if something seems wrong, please contact the carrier or us at: info@egonitems.com

We aim to deliver within 2–7 business days after confirmation.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

If we are unable to complete your order, we will refund the amount to your original payment method or contact you with an alternative.

All prices on our website include VAT.

If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address or unpaid duties), we may retain payment if the goods are not returned.

If your order is incomplete, no extra shipping fee will be charged for follow-up shipments.


Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items.

Returns must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact.

Return Fees:
Sweden: 79 SEK
EU & Norway: 15 EUR

Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you and shipping costs will be charged.


Claims & Complaints

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@egonitems.com
Include a photo showing the issue before returning the item. Return shipping is at your expense.
